-We do not accept returns and refund requests due to hygiene factors that are associated with personal care items.
-As soon as the order is received,customers are requested to check the contents and report to us any discrepancy with rightful images and videos .
-If there is any issue in the order,kindly notify us within the first 48 hrs of order delivery with relevant images and videos so that we could address your concern in the best possible way.
-Any request will be handled on a case to case basis.Â
Cancellations Policy:
– If you wish to cancel the order, kindly notify us via email ,within the first 24 hrs of order confirmation.Â
-We would not be able to cancel the order, under any circumstances, after 24 hrs of order confirmation and no refunds shall be processed .
-For every order cancellation, a cancellation charge of INR 100/- shall be applied.i.e INR 100/- shall be deducted from the total order amount and the rest shall be refunded to you.
Damages and missing items:
-Please note,submitting an unboxing video and images of the concerned issue is mandatory to claim any damages or missing items.That has to be done within 24 hrs of the order delivery .Once that is submitted, we shall look into the legitimacy of the issue and perform the corrective and necessary action.Â
Payment policy:
-All orders are prepaid.
-Provision of Cash-on-Delivery is not available at this point of time.
